On the wedding day, guests were greeted by live acoustic music—one of my top recommendations for any couple. There’s something incredibly special about the presence of a live musician during guest arrival and the ceremony; it instantly elevates the atmosphere with a sense of anticipation and connection.
The ceremony took place among the redwoods at AutoCamp Sonoma, with the natural fall colors adding richness and depth to the setting. Following the heartfelt “I do’s,” everyone raised a glass of sparkling wine to toast the newlyweds, savoring the moment before boarding shuttles to the next chapter of the celebration.

The celebration continued at Barndiva, renowned for its farm-to-table cuisine and artistic ambiance. After cocktails, guests enjoyed dinner and dancing beneath soft candlelight and lush fall florals by Peaches and Poppies Floral. One of my favorite personal touches was that each guest’s photo served as their dinner place card. Because of the intimate guest count, this thoughtful detail made seating memorable and sparked conversation and smiles throughout the evening.
