What happens if you dont have experience at our chosen venue?
I’m happy to travel for wedding planning! Travel is an additional fee added onto each service, and the cost depends on the location of your wedding. If you're looking to get married within California or travel the world—I'm in! I’ll provide a detailed breakdown of any additional expenses upfront, so you’ll have a clear understanding of the total investment. Let me know if you have a specific location in mind, and we can go from there!
HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL & IS IT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
When you hire Hometown Gatherings, you work directly with me throughout the planning process. On your wedding day, you’ll either work with me or one of my trusted team members. Regardless of who is there, you’ll have already met our team, ensuring you feel confident and at ease as you enter wedding week. We’ll manage everything, from coordinating the timeline to handling any unexpected situations, so you can relax and enjoy your special day!
WHO WILL BE MY DIRECT CONTACT ON THE DAY OF MY WEDDING?
I can certainly coordinate the rehearsal, but it’s ultimately up to the couple. Most of my couples are busy and often choose to skip the formal rehearsal. If you’re interested in having one, please mention it during your consultation, as it will factor into the overall planning!
DO YOU PROVIDE CEREMONY REHEARSAL IN YOUR SERVICES?
My wedding packages focus on planning and coordination, so they don’t include booking or processing vendor fees. However, I can recommend and connect you with top-notch vendors to help you find the right fit. You’ll handle any contracts and payments directly. We can discuss your specific needs during our consultation to ensure everything is clear!
